New wave agency specialising in building bespoke online research communities to deliver consumer insight that is more accessible, engaging, affordable and faster. Three years in and highly successful expansion means they are now looking for an entrepreneurial Research Manager to help develop their growing team, run accounts independently and shape the business.
Working with both direct clients (brands and policy makers) and agencies (research and media) they provide bespoke community solutions and also take online research to the next level, combining communities with a variety of face to face qualitative methodologies. Engaged with digital research, qualitative (essential) and quantitative (a bonus) techniques and technology, you are a driven self-starter, and a people manager who can inspire and educate with complete confidence. Supported by community managers and the founding directors, you will run a range of projects, taking them from initial inception to the presentation/delivery of results. As a growing company they are looking for someone who is excited about being in an entrepreneurial environment and eager to actively help develop the business and their intellectual property.
This company has fully embraced the remote and flexible working culture, so whilst this is a full time role you have full control over when and where you work.
