Expert group of innovation specialists seeks a quantitative researcher to join them at a time of major growth and investment. Working with clients in a wide range of sectors including tech, fmcg and retail you will be guiding them on their innovation journey from growth planning to product launch forecasts.
You will be involved with client discussions from the beginning, helping to shape and develop the proposal, through to managing projects and delivering actionable insights. Your focus will be on design, execution and delivery with expert support from internal ops and business teams. With a strong quant skillset, you will be comfortable working on proposition development and testing (conjoint, pricing and concept testing including voice analytics). There is also a major emphasis on collaboration and mixed method project work with other teams across the innovation roadmap including qualitative, UX, Shopper, digital and social media, providing limitless potential for diversification of your role. With great quantitative consultancy skills they will be looking to you to go beyond the data and be an engaging ‘Story-Teller’. You will enjoy collaborating with clients to create innovative solutions and develop targeted action plans, so while experience in NPD research would be beneficial it is not essential.
