This is a growing, forward thinking consumer intelligence consultancy at the forefront of using digital tools to create bespoke projects that integrate various methods to fit specific research requirements. Their multi-disciplinary research team collects, integrates and analyses multiple data sources to create a coherent, holistic view of consumers, staff and stakeholders to solve brand, innovation and research challenges.
They have pioneered and developed smart digital tools and are continually experimenting with new ways to bring consumer understanding into a business’s decision making process. Their clients are predominantly major blue chips in the mobile, tech, fmcg and finance sectors and repeat business is thriving. With this success comes the need to add another researcher to their expanding team.
Working across this small-scale, highly collaborative company, you will deliver razor sharp insights to both major and challenger brands, managing projects and enjoying full client-facing responsibility.
With strong ad hoc quant experience, you will also be keen to work on some of their integrated mix methodology studies. You will enjoy really varied work and thinking about clients’ issues. You will not be satisfied just dealing with an established process of research but are able to design from scratch and apply the learnings to a client’s situation.
