This new role is a key hire for our client at a time of concentrated growth and investment. With solid PLC backing, they are a small, brilliantly staffed brand strategy and innovation consultancy based in Central London, just four years in and they have been honoured and awarded throughout the industry and media.
Working with established international brands in sectors that are being disrupted by new technology and new players, they help ambitious businesses create brands and experiences that people love but never expected. Going far beyond the insight pieces, they build strategic frameworks for brand marketing teams taking them from concept inception through to the development of business cases and Go-to-Market strategies.
This is a senior role within the business where you will design, manage and deliver innovation consulting for major brands across sectors such as tech, travel, hospitality and retail. With fluency in multiple methodologies you will be fuelling innovation engagements with trends analysis, consumer and expert observation and interviewing, competitor analysis and ideation techniques. You will have significant experience managing senior client relationships and will enjoy nurturing a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, researchers, analysts and designers.
Given the exploratory yet actionable nature of their work, they seek an integrative thinker, capable of using structured analytical processes to inspire creative resolutions to seemingly insurmountable problems. This is certainly not black box thinking and you will be passionate about embracing their dedication to robust, transparent and credible insight lead deliverables.
