Key second-in-command contract roles within a successful customer insight agency that has enjoyed a transformative time of solid growth and investment. There are two roles, a 3 month FTC and and 6 month FTC.

Using your research and client service expertise, you will lead a portfolio of clients, delivering the emerging stories and bringing customer experiences to life in your clients’ boardrooms. Building on existing relationships will be combined with client development and planning responsibilities as well as thought leadership and team leadership. With a quant background and proven ability to deliver consultative recommendations, you will be interested in joining a tech enabled environment - however if this is a new avenue for you that’s fine as you will be supported by a highly capable, tech savvy team.
