Advanced Analytics and Data Science have always been a valued part of their service and they are now seeking to consolidate this within a dedicated hub to ensure their offer to clients is at the forefront of new developments and the latest techniques. Heading up this practice, you will be a devotee of advanced analytics and how it can make a tangible difference to clients’ business challenges, keen to spearhead the development of strategy, capabilities and offering in this area.
Championed and nurtured by a realistic and highly engaged company and group level leadership team, they will vest in you the resources and autonomy you seek to direct your own knowledge, ability and ambition to take the practice forward. From project based analytics and client facing activities, to offer development and promotion, team management and recruitment - this is an all encompassing role for someone keen to broaden out their analytics career to incorporate more strategic and commercial content.
With advanced knowledge of the application of statistics to survey data, and direct experience of designing, implementing, and analysing data from advanced techniques such as Segmentation, Conjoint, Max-Diff, Text Analytics, etc., you will be comfortable with SPSS and/or R and advanced Excel. Having said this, it is also important you enjoy communicating the nuances of the clever stuff to a great variety of internal and external audiences without blinding them with the technical detail.
