Projects are customer experience focussed (tracking and ad hoc), researching all elements that impact customers, from market offering to branding and communications, to pricing and NPD. Tools and methods are across the board, including qual, quant, online and offline. From establishing the research agenda to project delivery, this is so much more than an operational role, as you will also be the major player in delivering sophisticated insight stories and have a significant part in account management and development so excellent client handling skills and comfort with presenting are a must.
