The role does not require previous research experience, so could be an ideal opportunity for a graduate looking for their first role, or for someone already working in the market research sector seeking to further their client facing skills and gain experience in research/insights creation. However you will need to display a keen interest in market research and ideally a basic understanding of the methodologies and data analysis used, gained either from your relevant degree or work experience.
Projects are customer experience focused (ad hoc and tracking), researching all elements that impact customers, from the market offering to branding and communications, to pricing and NPD. Tools and methods are across the board, including qual, tracking, telephone, online and offline. Key responsibilities will be supporting across project management, data analysis, desk research and the creation of presentations and reports for clients.
