Job type: Part-time
Funky agency currently breaking new ground and reinvigorating approaches to research seeks a qualitative champion to complement their next generation thinking. They have never lost sight of how important technically sound, sophisticated qual research is to their client relationships and they will be looking to you to ensure this continues.
Nearly six years in and this entrepreneurial agency has been busy changing the accepted ways of looking at consumers and unearthing human behaviour in the digital age. Embracing new methods including social media, app and wearable tech based, they have a less functional more stimulating style. With a multi skilled team drawn from areas such as brand, design, journalism and co-creation they are passionate about communicating engaging insight strategically, digitally and visually across entire organisations - their debriefs won’t fit in a filing cabinet! Projects are predominantly consumer focussed including brand propositions, innovation, strategic development, audience definition and so much more. Enviable long term clients relationships with blue-chip companies have been recently augmented with premium wins across exciting, tuned-in brands.
You’ll be the lead research person in the business, the go-to for all research supported by a team of three plus the planning and creative teams. So lots of room to grow and shape the role. With a solid qual skillset, you will have an open mind and excitement about working across on and offline methods. They’re not like many other research agencies - passion, drive, innovation and game changing attitudes are core to their culture.
So if the prospect of marrying your qual skills with this broader, forward thinking agency ignites your curiosity, this could be the ideal role to be talking to us about. Refreshingly, they are the living embodiment of the modern flexible economy, reflected by the fact that they work a 4 day week but pay people a full time (5 day) salary.
