Immersive qualitative, social media analytics and real-time brand and product response using smartphone technology are all called into action to aid consumer understanding, new product development, brand development and customer experience. Reporting the brand stories is journalistic in style including images, video and quotes.
Headed up by one of industry’s true masters and with the solid backing of a leading broadcast media agency, they are enjoying continued success with household name clients across multiple sectors both domestic and international. They now seek mid level support for a hands on role focussing on qual (75%). This is an ideal role for a quallie keen to utilise methods away from conventional research, discovering the stimuli that trigger our emotions and make us engage or disengage accordingly with brands and with one another.
