One such role is to join the team servicing a whole host of prestigious clients across multiple sectors. Projects are customer experience focussed (tracking and ad hoc), researching all elements that impact customers, from market offering to branding and communications, to pricing and NPD. Tools and methods are across the board, including qual, quant, online and offline. From establishing the research agenda to project delivery, this is so much more than an operational role. You will be a major player in delivering sophisticated insight stories and have a significant part in account management.
