Industries are as varied as their methodologies, including fashion, technology, media, alcohol, food, placemaking and the creative industries. They are experts across all key channels, including product, retail, digital, advertising and brand experience.
As their business continues to grow, they seek a Strategic Researcher for their Strategy team to conduct rigorous research with early adopters and subcultures to provide clients with insights into the needs, motivations and values of their future customers and audiences. As a strategic researcher you will translate complex and exploratory briefs into solid research projects that cover a wide range of topics to inform and inspire new thinking, as well as bringing depth to ensure the client has the confidence to implement the insights.
Methodology wise, you will be adept across the qualitative spectrum and they are also looking to you to bring your enthusiasm for ethnographic methods to the fold, as a key focus of this role will be the championing of ethnography across both the bespoke research and subscription business.
Skilled at planning, performing and analysing qualitative consumer research and expert interviews you will take ownership of research projects – from managing recruitment to running the fieldwork and creating engaging deliverables. However this is a collaborative working environment so you will always have people to turn to for inspiration and advice and similarly you will be keen to share skills across teams, speci?cally nurturing and developing more junior researchers.
