Continued success has resulted in them seeking a Research Manager keen to develop their consultancy mindset. Comfortable designing, managing and delivering ad-hoc projects, you will be well versed in a wide range of quant methods but it’s your analysis and story building skills that will be most valued in this role. Experience of qual would also be of great benefit as many of their projects have mixed methodologies but quant is the focus of the role..
You will work closely with and be mentored properly by a highly impressive set of seniors, who will ensure you develop your own consultancy skills. You will quickly be expected to take the lead on projects but always with continued support. The company is keen to offer their consultants as much variety as they desire, ensuring they never get stuck on just one piece of business or industry unless they want to, even at a senior level.
