Continued success has resulted in them seeking a Research Manager keen to develop their consultancy mindset. Comfortable designing, managing and delivering ad hoc projects, you will be well versed in generating insight from multiple research inputs and data sources (qual and quant). Briefs are pan sector and wide ranging, including but not limited to proposition testing, designing and running customer closeness sessions, building segmentations and understanding customer journeys.
You will work closely with and be mentored properly by a highly impressive set of seniors, who will ensure you develop your own consultancy skills. You will be expected to quickly take the lead on projects but always with continued support. The company is keen to offer their consultants as much variety as they desire, ensuring they never get stuck on just one piece of business or industry unless they want to, even at a senior level.
