Our client is a small, ambitious, forward thinking consumer intelligence consultancy with a specialist online focus solving brand, innovation and other research challenges. An integrated agency using both quant and qual methodologies, they have pioneered and developed smart digital tools and are continually innovating their methods further.
They are growing rapidly and their team of researchers need help in dealing with the tools they use and the data output it creates. From survey set up to data processing and creating online communities to helping out with creating more complicated analysis in tools like SPSS, Excel or using R.
With data processing and scripting surveys experience, you will be keen to grow this role to take on a broader remit around using and building software that can help the company maintain an edge. This means involvement in maintaining proprietary technology and expanding / adapting this as well as sourcing and maintaining relationships with software partners. This requires some existing knowledge or at minimum a strong interest in software development and coding (they will offer any further appropriate training or courses). Being a boutique agency with a flat and informal organisation structure you will be able to learn and gain experience quickly.
