This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with an insight or analytics based internship or someone already working in the market research sector who seeks an exciting opportunity to further their client facing skills and gain experience in research/insights creation. You will need to display an interest in market research and the basic understanding of the methodologies and data analysis used.
Projects are customer experience focused (good 50/50 split across ad hoc and tracking), researching all elements that impact customers, from the market offering to branding and communications, to pricing and NPD. Tools and methods are across the board, including qual, tracking, telephone, online and offline. Key responsibilities will be supporting across project management, data analysis, desk research and the creation of presentations and reports for clients.
