Unique clientside organisation with an international reputation for influential marketing and comms campaigns as well as a wide range of successful partnership programmes both in the UK and overseas. Their Evaluation team sits within Strategy & Comms and provides insights that inform operational, management and strategic decisions for all areas of their network, including reporting to government.
Joining this team, you will be analysing and evaluating their marketing activities through their Brand Tracker and other evaluation surveys, measuring recall, impact and messaging; ultimately delivering robust evidence of how successful their activities have been at influencing domestic and international consumer behaviour across travel, tourism and leisure markets.
Comfortable with all areas of their brand tracking programme including supplier management, analysis and presenting, you’ll also be using bespoke methods to evaluate activities not covered by the tracker, as well as reporting on KPI and liaising with multiple stakeholders both in the UK and overseas. An understanding of the marketing evaluation landscape will be greatly valued as they further their reputation for best practice and seek to innovate their methodologies.
With an evaluation, research and/or data background, you will have strong experience designing, fielding, analysing and reporting surveys, and delivering robust reporting of data / ROI.
