Established and well-known design house and Brand Consultancy is growing its Insights and Analytics team to grow and optimize its strong position offering strategic insights to global clients across a range of sectors.

Joining a team of insights experts you will be an experienced quant researcher with a strong suite of skills across areas such as brand evaluation, segmentation, brand tracking, financial modelling, budget optimization, brand portfolio optimization, or predictive analytics.

There is a strong appetite to grow their offer in this space and the as there seems to be strong demand from their clients as they form strategy for their markets and, products and services and win against their competitors. Market sizing and predictive modelling would be of interest within the broader knowledge of consumer insights and research.

The team operates as a profit center and as such the Director will take responsibility for leading and growing business. So experience in proposal writing and presenting will be key.

Working alongside the Executive Director of Insights & Analytics, you will uncover deeper and more meaningful insights for clients and provide more quantifiable predictions for the performance and business benefits of solutions and recommendations.

Backgrounds considered are those will an excellent academic record, significant brand research, ideally gained from a global quant agency and clear strategic exposure.

You will require experience in key client management and business development and have the gravitas to impress and instil confidence at all levels.

Day to day you will need to be highly competent and up and running to design and execute large proprietary market research and analytics studies, and have demonstrable passion for creating, dissecting and revising brand equity surveys and analytical models. Working in a broader team you will mentor and assist across projects, although the team is largely senior so everyone is hands on. Broader insights experience is always welcome, whether advanced qualitative techniques, cultural insights, knowledge of social listening analysis, financial quantification  – the team are looking to create a rich mix of personal and professional attributes.
