Our client is an established market research agency, specialising in understanding customer relationships and the impact of these on business. They are enjoying much sustained growth and seek to add a further Insight Analyst to their client facing team for a key role acting as a data expert – both in terms of set up and implementation of projects but also the delivery of insights to the client.
With a degree in computer science, business, IT or data related course and around 1-2 years' experience in an applied research or data management environment, ideally you will already be familiar with the market research and insight space. You will be keen to progress your skills across interpretation as well as data management and analysis.
Able to manipulate large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications (SPSS, SAS, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite), you will be an advanced user of data analytics tools/methods - including regression (Linear and Multiple), Descriptives, Correlations, T-Tests. You will be able to create surveys and/or tabulate data using survey software (Askia). Relevant software experience would be ideal, although further training is available. If you are skilled in SQL, this will be highly valued.
