Consumer understanding is fundamental to their role as a highly-effective evidence-based regulator and their sizeable market research team delivers world-class research and actionable insights which inform strategic, policy and operational decisions across the organisation.
Joining them at an exciting time of growth and development, you will handle projects from start to finish working closely with other teams in the organisation to define research objectives, select the best supplier to deliver the work and collaborate with the chosen supplier to design, execute and report on the research findings. Projects are highly varied utilising both quant and qual and include a mix of hands on and commissioned.
With 18 months to 2 years agency or clientside experience, you will have strong project management skills, be able to interpret data and identify key points and insights and communicate findings effectively to colleagues both formally and informally.
