High profile role leading the UK Operations team of a market leading strategic brand and insight consultancy. Sitting within a global comms group, they have been working with some of the world’s biggest brands for over 25 years, turning data and research into actionable insight, helping clients across all consumer sectors identify strategies for growth.

They seek a team head for their talented in-house operations team running both quant and qual consumer research and insight projects. Working in close partnership with the Global and US Ops Directors as well as the research leads, you will manage their operational structure, systems, processes and mentor the operations team whilst playing an active role in supporting on pitches. Renowned for their complex and rigorous studies, you will be key to their wider business strategy, ensuring they remain as effective and agile as possible as they continue to grow and shift focus to broader, more strategy focussed work.

With extensive experience working in market research operations or project management functions including a tenure in a leadership role, your solid understanding of research and analytics and their application will be equally matched by your innate ability to interact with colleagues throughout the business with real gravitas and charisma.
