With an enviable reputation for embedded project management at the heart of their long term client relationships, these roles reach beyond the standard PM remit as they are fully client facing, so your expertise will be sought out by both the agency and client research teams.
Brand Health Tracking feeds directly into clients’ brand marketing planning and as such pulls together multiple data sources to provide the guidance needed to drive brand growth and monitor marketing activity. Therefore the projects you’ll be running will be across all quant methodologies including embracing new data streams and smarter ways of working.
You will have ownership of a tracker, running it from an operations perspective from quoting stage through to the final project deliverable. These will be major studies, multi-wave and multi-country. Sectors are refreshingly mixed including automotive, FMCG and food and drink. At the more junior levels, you will have the opportunity to develop your skillset running the less complex studies with reassuring and enabling levels of guidance from the team. As your confidence and expertise grows, so will the complexity of your studies whilst your input across process improvement will be highly valued from day one.
As well as being a good logistical manager, you will be personable and energetic with a good level of communications skills. This is a friendly, stable, state of the art working environment in a business with an excellent reputation for investing in resources and talent.
