Their teams deliver innovative and insightful mixed-methods research and analysis of social media and digital data to public and private sector clients across the globe with a particular focus on complex audiences.
They seek a high calibre, confident individual to lead these teams. Providing expertise, support and management across all areas of the research and analysis process and putting together winning proposals that deliver complex deep understanding simply .
With experience of conducting insight-driven research or analysis projects into government and commercial clients on sensitive and extreme issues , your critical thinking will also be a major component of this role.
Proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent data visualisation/BI tool) and Crimson Hexagon (or equivalent advanced social listening tool) will be needed. Clients are high profile and often in government, so your understanding of their language and communities will by highly valued.
