You will be a key member of their dedicated qualitative team in their full-service London office, enjoying enabling support from a genuinely inspiring and nurturing Qual Director. Helping clients with all aspects of their business from product and service development, customer experience through to brand and creative development, your role will span everything including project set-up, design of project materials, fieldwork moderation, analysis and reporting. This is a small team with ambitious expansion plans, so your outgoing and energetic ways will be highly valued.
Their approaches span digital and traditional (60/40 split) so this is not a typical qual role dominated by moderating groups, instead you will also be engaging in mobile ethno, online communities as well as the more classic groups, depths and workshops. Integrated qual/quant is also embraced here, so this would be an excellent opportunity to develop valuable pan-discipline experience.
With a strong grounding in a variety of qual approaches, you will be keen to grow your expertise and confidence in areas such as client development and team management, all the while enjoying their meritocratic ethos.
