Brand new opportunity for someone keen to establish a career within the operations/technical team of a market research industry pioneer in the creation and use of smart mobile and platform based research technologies.
This role would suit either an entry level grad keen to pursue a tech-enabled project management role or a junior operations executive already in the research industry and looking to develop their digital exposure. Either way, you will be technically savvy, with a love of the digital revolution and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms. If you do have any survey scripting experience, this would be an advantage.
Servicing a full range of clients including mr agencies and brand-owning clients direct, you will manage projects from inception until the delivery of data onto their bespoke dashboard. Ensuring projects run smoothly will be your priority, including checking questionnaires and links, liaising with fieldwork teams and checking data. Also after full internal training, you will be confident with advising your clients on how to use their dashboard.
