Highly regarded independent boutique has taken the next step in their evolution, growing their quantitative offer alongside their already impeccable qualitative heritage. Their new Head of Quant is partnering with their hands on qual practitioners and this is going down a storm with their blue chip brand owner clients. They blend research expertise with design fluency to keep the application of design in NPD and branding future proofed, tested, up to standard and saying the right things to the right people.
To support this growth, they seek a two plus year executive researcher keen to work across both methodologies. Ideally you are already comfortable working on projects utilising both or maybe you currently focus on one side but have some understanding of and exposure to the other and would be keen to further develop the side you have less of. Either way you will be coordinating a wide range of domestic and international projects and have an active role in client management. You will be supported on all your projects by a more experienced team member and you will also enjoy guiding those developing their own skills.
Design is a major part of what they do, so you will need to be someone innately interested in labels and branding and why/how they adapt to changing markets. Having said this, they are certainly not expecting you to be an expert in this area yet. You will be in the enviable position of working with some of the most knowledgeable and respected practitioners in research and they have great fun too!
