The organisation has a strong desire to become data led and now seeks an experienced Analytics
Manager to take their data analytics to the next level through developing and implementing a
comprehensive analytics strategy and lead the Analytics team to measure the performance of all
activities, assist in developing marketing campaigns and deliver cross-functional actionable
The Head of Data and Analytics will be key to helping stakeholders across the organisation,
developing KPIs, monitoring against those and providing timely and insightful analytics to aid
As part of the Strategy and Communications team you will have significant experience working in
this field and key are excellent stakeholder management skills gained in a marketing
environment, ideally within both private and public sector settings. This is a pivotal role for
the organisation and you would be the analytics representative both internally and externally,
having direct involvement with all the key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will already have experience of defining data strategy and data
architecture within a sizeable and complex organisation and is likely to have at least 5 years'
of hands-on experience in marketing science including web analytics, querying databases,
building dashboards, defining KPIs and performance reporting. Knowledge of SQL and a data
visualisation tool such as Tableau are also essential to this role, as is team management
