Joining their Experimentation Group as a research specialist, you will be finding, understanding and sharing the freshest ideas and have a key role in deciding which they take forward to find their next big innovation. The linchpin to informing these ideas….an unparalleled understanding of consumer behaviour which is sourced from absolutely everywhere, so discovering and deciphering this will be at the heart of this role.
You’ll work within the team and collaborate with other insight and strategy teams around the business to secure a healthy pipeline of ideas, carry out in-depth research and analysis on the most promising ones and workshop the results to uncover the market stretching opportunities. You will be bringing the insight to product teams and ideate with them to create the most successful products they can.
This is real blank piece of paper stuff which will suit the most curious of researchers, someone who thrives on understanding consumer behaviour, who is happy to dig deep, leave no stone unturned in the quest for discovery. They have already begun to dig into and explore the benefits and opportunities of using Augmented Reality, Geolocation, Collaboration and there is still so much more to discover and harness for the future direction of their business.
