Senior Research Executive/Research Manager | Full Service Boutique

Location: London
Salary: c.£30-45,000 doe + benefits
Job type: Permanent
Reference: 151872

Perfect opportunity to put some serious rocket fuel into your career within a small, dedicated full service boutique consultancy where you will be working with the partners of the business to deliver all types of projects to senior level clients. It's a real chance to be nurtured and developed by some of the industry's true gurus – not just on project management and analysis but also on client development too.

Continued solid commercial success including long term client relationships, enviable levels of repeat business and continuing industry recognition mean they are looking to add another member to the team at SRE/RM level. They have been very successful at bringing in mid-level researchers and taking them to the next level of learning and development as they often work on clients' tricky projects and issues so everyone in the company prides themselves on the quality they produce.

It's an exciting time – they're growing as a company and expanding their client base. They work with big name clients across industries such as media, technology, finance and entertainment and will be looking to you to partner on these relationships. Whilst quant dominates and is therefore the required skillset they also have a strong qual offer and those chomping at the bit to get involved with qual will get the opportunity to do so. There is plenty of breadth in the work you will be involved in including comms and message testing, product development, U&A, offer testing, pricing, customer experience, segmentations and a variety of unique ad-hoc projects.

With a good grounding in research (any sector will be considered) and truly passionate about the quality of the work you deliver, you will thrive in this very human environment - where motivation, honesty, fun and friendship will be key to your success.
