The main technical consultant on Voice of the Customer client accounts.
Support clients during the set up stage to design and spec a fit for purpose solution.
Free of line management responsibility, you will be dedicated to the delivery of all aspects of the technical set up of the programme including sample transfer, survey scripting, data processing and data outputs.
Work alongside the client services team to manage each client account.
Work with the R&D team on building dashboards based on their blueprints and further develop their offer.
A small but growing team, there is a good mix of major million+ accounts as well as a number of smaller projects and clients are largely financial sector, utilities, and increasingly retail. Sitting within a comms agency community in recently refurbished spacious open plan offices, the company as a whole is a team of around 100 working in a flat organisational structure.
