Dynamic, talented team within a world-leading consumer insight practice servicing a prestigious international client as they drive their leadership position in an extremely innovative fmcg category.
They seek an Associate Director to support the Director on the ad hoc side of this major account. Running alongside their large continuous business, they do a wide range of custom work with this client. This varies from small to medium sized, sometimes tactical ‘spin-off’ pieces such as consumer profiling, U&A, pack testing, to large, multi-country innovation or message comprehension testing. They’re very interested in using techniques inspired by behavioural science, and are open to experimenting with different methodologies.
With a highly effective and successful project management team already in place, they will be looking to you to bring your client focus and proactivity to the relationship, supporting account growth through winning and delivering ad hoc projects designed to address the client’s widely varied business questions.
With significant experience working in a market research agency and on quantitative ad-hoc FMCG research, you will be comfortable leading proposals and owning projects supported by the team from the get-go. You’ll have regular client interaction and work with colleagues across all levels to deliver a high level of insight, so you’ll need excellent communications skills and the ability to tailor your message.
