Unique independent organisation with a strong advisory and behaviour change remit seeks a research specialist to look after the children and young people offer. This is a major role across the organisation, bringing insight to the heart of their activities giving customers knowledgeable, impartial advice and as well as informing their ground breaking strategies to ensure future generations are enabled and empowered to make sound life-changing decisions.
You will lead key strategic research projects from commissioning to presentation and embedding of insights, building and maintaining a strong network of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the insight agenda. Studies range from ongoing tracking surveys, to large scale and small scale primary research (qualitative and quantitative). Delivering innovative and accurate insights that stand up to external scrutiny, you will become the owner and expert for the children and young people's strand of work, helping to shape services and design more effective interventions.
A market or social research professional with a deep knowledge and demonstrable practical application of conducting or managing primary research (ideally qual and quant but strength in qual is highly desirable) involving children and young people, you will be adept at producing consumer and market insights and business analysis to tell a coherent story. This will include a solid capability in customer-focused insight gathering and analysis, market research and performance evaluation methodologies, systems and practices, whilst experience or at least an interest in understanding or applying Behavioural Change / Economics would be desirable.
