Global player in Corporate Reputation working with the world’s largest companies to help them build credibility by delivering data-driven insights encompassing industry, competitors, and company-level analysis seeks a new Director to focus on maintaining and growing the client portfolio through successful client renewal and upsell. We seek a client services expert to lead client discussions on Corporate Communications and Reputation Management best practice. The role has been created to further grow the business whose year on year growth is impressive.

The role oversees Client Delivery through leading the project team in distilling qualitative and quantitative research data into actionable recommendations that are packaged into client deliverables and presenting to clients in the form of executive workshops, data dashboards, expert advisory and actionable reports. You will work on Commercial Development by driving renewals and revenue growth within a portfolio of clients working with EMEA Leadership to identify potential areas of upselling and opportunities for renewal. You will have Analytical Insight & Visualization Development experience as part of the role will be to create compelling and predictive data-driven client recommendations and reports. The Client Services Director will work with their team of analysts and consultants to identify the story that resides within the data and formulate actionable recommendations for each client.

You will be responsible for partnering with sales on the full proposal lifecycle from qualification through signature and have thought leadership expertise as you will lead client discussions on corporate communications and reputation best practices, lead on media interactions, public speaking and publishing on key reputation related trends.

We require 12 + years of proven data-driven advisory leadership experience delivering executive level insights and recommendations with expertise in reputation management discipline, communications planning, stakeholder management, advertising campaign measurement, PR, investor relations, brand and marketing ideally with knowledge of ESG and CSR.  Experience in successful pitching for new business is essential. Desirable but not essential are energy industry experience and French speaking a bonus.
