This is an influential senior role to challenge and engage as you partner with your FMCG global client and enable them to achieve their innovation goals. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of their business and build relationships with the new leadership as they enthusiastically embrace a time of transformation across their categories.
Eulogising, understanding and utilising robust innovation techniques that are grounded in quant research will be your passion. Navigating complex innovation dilemmas, you will guide their journey, advising on how to identify early opportunity areas through insights to ideas, concepts and full mix testing. You’ll also be confident in running innovation workshops.
Keen to empower your team to develop their innovation expertise and client management skills, your appetite for maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight will also be key. The team itself is constantly innovating, with a highly inclusive approach to sharing best practice and learning across their global network, so you will enjoy being active across the development and adoption of new techniques and methodologies including behavioural science, neuroscience, social intelligence and mobile approaches.
