A client facing position within a fast growing, international ‘new generation’ research agency. Joining their successful product innovation team, you will be conducting customised and complex studies for many of the world’s top 100 brands. As a solid quant researcher, this company would be the ideal place to future-proof your consumer insight career as you will learn everything there is to know about digital, mobile, social media and big data.
Comfortable with direct client management, you will consult with clients, develop survey designs and analysis plans and provide insightful, actionable reporting to your clients. In this role, studies will include shopper journey, NPD and touchpoint journey mapping and your experience to date will ideally include leading high profile complex shopper journey projects for global clients.
