This new opportunity is within an arms-length government organisation with an international reputation for influential marketing and comms campaigns as well as a wide range of successful partnership programmes and event creation both in the UK and overseas. This role sits within the Evaluation Team, reporting into the Evaluation Manager for Brand Insights. The Evaluation Team sit in the Strategy and Communications department, and provide action-based insights generated from evaluation that will inform operational, management and strategic decisions for all areas of the organisation.

This role reports to an Evaluation Manager and supports the evaluation of campaigns from overseas markets and activity across the brand tracker.  The main purpose of this role is to assist in the evaluation of the Brand Tracker and Campaign analysis, as well as marketing and commercial activities for specific markets, through the use of evaluation surveys, measuring recall, impact and messaging.

  • Ad hoc projects will be to run evaluation approaches and methodology; designing and ensuring accurate scripting of surveys; managing the process with stakeholders, translation and monitoring of survey agencies / panel providers, ensuring that fieldwork is delivered on time. Analysis will include data tables, analysis of data, and working on evaluation reports. You will also handle internal data requests from stakeholders. You will work with the Analytics Manager to update the brand tracker dashboard and support the analysis of results for Reports and Dashboard.

You will also be aiding collection of key metrics, and data from various sources for use within the logic model, ensure stakeholders are engaged with sample collection processes, scripting and fielding of post event surveys, analysis of survey data and reporting of findings. Ongoing studies will be the annual b2b and digital channels evaluations so experience in these areas are also advantageous.

Expertise in quant research, in particular large scale trackers and their analysis and delivering reporting is required for this role. We seek a strong analytical thinker with the ability to work comfortably with large amounts of data, great attention to detail, analyse implications across large data-sets and with the ability to build influential relationships across, and between, a range of stakeholders.
