Location: Central London
Salary: c.£35-45,000 pro rata
Job type: Part-time
Digital property consultancy has developed a revolutionary online platform to enable more inclusive consultation and engagement in the built environment development projects which are so prominent throughout our towns and cities.
Their digital community engagement tools bring the silent yet vital interested parties to the table as property developers, councils, central government etc. seek to transform our homes, offices and municipal areas. These tools include an unique community engagement app and social media activity to achieve response rates of up to 6000 per project so that a broad background of people give a greater depth of insight and are engaged in and influence the planning and development process.
With their continued success comes the need for a dedicated researcher to bring methodological expertise and in-depth insight to the team. With a solid research background you will partner with their advertising, digital marketing and account management teams to ensure rigorous practices across their research and engagement activities. They will be looking to you to introduce checks and balances, improve, advise and work with the technical team to ensure benchmarking, questionnaire design and analysis are all of the highest standard.
As a small, innovative start-up they seek an equally agile partner for this role, so maybe you are looking to complement work already in play or maybe a returning parent looking for a flexible, part-time role. Either way, this is a rare, influential role at the heart of a tech start-up that is disrupting and transforming the property sector.
