Brand new role with a specialist consultancy providing rigorous research and insight that forms the backbone of their global technology clients' marketing campaigns.
Firmly established over 20 years ago, they have enjoyed consistent growth and development servicing international clients including tech giants such as Dell, IBM and Canon, as well as many other Fortune 500 companies. With recent senior hires and a new brand identity, they are enjoying a step change in their evolution and an area of particular focus is their B2B panel.
Joining as the dedicated panel manager, you will partner with the senior management team and wider business to strengthen the growth strategy plans already in place, increasing engagement with the current panel and developing its reach both regionally and across IT categories, whilst ensuring the quality panel membership they are so renowned for.
Your online surveys, customer database or similar background and experience of communities and/or panel management will have given you the skills to roll out this transformation across panel recruitment, management and engagement. You will be supported by a fully resourced Operations Team and training will be available on the panel software used as well as the opportunity to take the MRS advanced certificate.
Whilst this is ideally a full-time role, flexibility on working hours and location will be considered as well as the possibility of 4 days/week. Town centre location and a sociable, friendly team awaits - contact us for more details.
