Quantitative Research Manager – Independent Insight Consultancy

Location: Central London
Salary: 38,000 – 45,000 + bens
Job type: Permanent
Reference: 154133

With consistent organic growth pre lockdown, this consultancy has bucked the trend by consistently picking up new projects meaning the business has remained strong and resilient. They are keen to add a Research Manager to the quant team. A real rising star is sought at a level where you are comfortable running your own projects, able to play a major role by supporting more senior team members on larger ones whilst also helping juniors to grow, develop and thrive.

This is a full service consultancy where the quant and qual teams work exclusively and collaboratively with clients depending on the project requirements, so you will be working on quant only and integrated studies. Close, long-term client relationships are clearly demonstrated by repeated award nominations and wins, resulting in high quality, consultative pieces that converge different pieces of research to produce holistic, harmonised stories.

They deliver quantitative research that is engaging, creative and insightful whilst still being rigorous and robust and in order to deliver this, the team balances core quantitative expertise with creativity and storytelling skills. They run a wide spectrum of projects, both in the UK and internationally for some of the biggest household names through to niche clients and tech unicorns. Retail, media and technology major across a good mix ad-hoc and tracking, with plenty of opportunity to get involved in other sectors.

There is a solid commitment to providing a positive working environment, including an innovative internal training academy and they hope a return to a busy social calendar in the future, all ensuring this company is a happy and exciting place to be. For those looking to inject energy, enlightenment and fun into their career, this is definitely a role to talk to us about.
