This substantial and all encompassing opportunity is a qualitative based role within our client’s social practice but without the tradition. It is all about strategy and insight; thinking not just doing all through a consumer lens. The consultancy itself has an enviable yet radical reputation, from a few brainy, like minded souls interested in finding out about consumer behaviour and the way society is changing, it is now a leading global “boutique” research agency. However their founding principles have not changed to this day and this group of exceptionally talented researchers still look to apply a fresh perspective to all their work.
They are looking for an established SRE (or an RE ready to step up) with:
- Strong end to end project management skills
- An aptitude for the analysis of qual data (digital and traditional)
- Focus group moderation experience
- Depth interviews
- Setting up, running and reporting on pop-up digital communities
Your background could be agency or clientside but you must be truly interested in the social sector. Exposure to the innovative methodologies and theoretical frameworks of behavioural science will be valuable, as your colleagues are passionate about using these to gain a deeper understanding of people's decision processes.
