Our client are Innovation experts, they help clients identify, qualify, optimise and forecast the potential of innovations, products and packaging.
They help their clients bring products to market and increase the success rates in a measurable way through some tried and tested techniques and tools
They seek and experienced quant leader who is used to working with teams and clients and help both succeed. This is a role that has full responsibility & accountability for a team who are focussed on innovation research including clients in consumer goods, financial services and technology. You’ll be directly managing some of the Director and AD level individuals, but is responsible for the success of the overall team. Priorities are driving engagement, morale, and embedding a culture that drives the team to success.
You don’t need to be an innovation specialist but some knowledge base in the space would be helpful you do need to be great with people and relish a management challenge to make this work.
