Their client base is broad in sector and global in reach specifically in retail & consumer goods, transport, aviation, commercial property, travel & leisure, healthcare but unlimited.
They help their clients discover what kinds of experience their customers will value and what kind of ‘journey’ through their business will engage them in the most effective way to help shape culture change and drive customer engagement.
They seek an insights lead to champion this offer and bring this capability in house. You will support their impressive growth of holistic consulting engagements and form an insights service line and help it fulfil its ample potential.
You should have some commercial experience but due to this being a consultancy environment we could consider candidates currently on the clientside who are insights professionals and that have worked setting up customer or employee studies.
