The Senior Consultant role is the glue that holds everything together. You will take the lead with clients, on projects and orchestrating the team, making sure no stone is left unturned when it comes to building relationships and enthralling clients with insights that mean something, uncovering the ‘what’ and the ‘why’!. You are likely to have some qual insight in your background gained from either an agency or on the clientside but backgrounds in brand, marketing, innovation, planning or from a strategy agency would also be of interest.
