Associate Director – Growing Independent Agency – Social/Public Sector Focus

Location: South West
Salary: £40 – 50,000 + Bens
Job type: Permanent
Reference: AM120

This is a chance to join a company that gets the balance right. They place a premium on work-life balance. They work flexibly and pride themselves on their warm, friendly working environment. They do this whilst still delivering high quality strategic outputs and working on fascinating projects.

Lovely opportunity to join a growing independent full service agency. They are a small team with big clients and are keen to add a further AD to the team. They would happily consider RM’s as well.  They are a team of talented researchers from many of the industry's major agencies including qualitative and quantitative specialists with manifold sector experience; public sector, energy, utilities, tech, financial services, fmcg and retail. They also bring specific expertise to projects with an environmental, sustainability or ethical dimension - be that in relation to communications, policy and/or product development.

The focus of this role is to work with their growing list of public sector clients. However, this is a small close knit team where everyone is happy to help each other out, so being open to getting involved in commercial projects as and when required will show them that you have the right attitude and desire to work to the greater good of the team.

This role will therefore suit someone who has a genuine interest in social research. The role will certainly lean towards qual so they are happy to speak to pure quallies but those that have quant in their locker could provide the perfect package.

If you feel confident that you can add value at all stages of the project lifecycle from proposals right through to the presentation. You are bright, curious, a strong communicator and are a real team player and like the idea of working for an agency that punches above its weight then we would love to hear from you.

The agency is based in the South West of England. They have decided to be a remote-first business – working from home most of the time with the view to meet as a team every 6 weeks, so the ability to travel to the South West for these team meet ups must be taken into consideration.
