Our client has cultivated an extremely close relationship with a big name in the tech space. They have worked alongside and in partnership with them for over a decade, helping to develop a CX system that incorporates real time feedback across key customer journeys and touchpoints, integrated with customer behavioural and operational data. This enables them to demonstrate, predict and improve on how the brand delivers on what matters to customers. The work they produce plays an essential role in decision-making and delivery within their clients business
They seek to add an Insight Manager to the team. As you will be working on one major account this role with suit someone who is keen to get much deeper and more entrenched into a client’s business. You will be able to demonstrate a strong set of quantitative skills and be able to work across all elements of the account including research design, project management, analysis and insight delivery. This role will be ideal for someone who wants to take responsibility, contribute from day one and is keen to create and deliver value for clients, for the business and for the people who you will work with.
