Our client’s expertise lies in the consumers of tomorrow working across a broad range of industries including media and entertainment, toys and games, retail and food and drink, both in the UK and internationally. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief conducting bespoke research for clients as well as their own in-house; industry recognised research studies each year.

We seek a talented Research/Insight Manager with a qualitative background who is keen to join a fast paced, evolving company. You will be working closely and directly (essentially as the number two) with the MD who is caring and nurturing. She will rely on you to take the lead on qual projects from initial design stage though to dissemination of the findings, you will be comfortable with face to face methods e.g. focus groups, depths, ethnography and keen to present back to senior level clients. You will have a junior member of the team to work with.

This is a small agile team working across lots of different methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) in order to understand this dynamic audience and you'll have plenty of opportunity to investigate the methodological rising stars to see whether they stand up to their established elders in delivering the pearls of wisdom their loyal clients seek.

We are looking for quallie, however as they are a small team that conducts both quant and qual studies, any quant skills would be seen as a bonus so you can support on the integrated projects. They would be happy to train in these techniques as needed so you can be involved across all of the design and analysis stages. A highly valuable opportunity for a quallie to add a little quant to their toolkit - so vital in the modern world of integrated research and consultancy.
