With the success of their recent period of stimulating change and growth, they seek a talented Associate Director who is keen to inject a consultancy mind-set into their thinking and outputs.
You will naturally have a very solid background in the research & insights space, you will ideally have a mixed method background or a quant leaning that is combined with an appreciation of qual methods which you will be keen to incorporate into your work. You should be thinking more about answering your clients questions in the best way possible than trying to shoehorn projects into one method or another.
As an Associate Director you will play an integral role in achieving successful project outcomes for clients. You will work closely with Project Directors while managing others in your team to ensure projects run timely and smoothly with accurate, insightful project outcomes that meet your client’s needs. You will be the key client contact and take a leading role in analysis and reporting delivering sophisticated strategic insight, compellingly presented in the form of stories, videos, infographics and workshops. Whilst you will have a strong focus on leading projects you will also be involved in management of more junior members of the team, business development and company marketing initiatives.
