Our client is the research and insights division of an award winning and highly successful consultancy who specialise in corporate communications, public affairs, and campaigning. This communications consultancy always looks to challenge convention and the insights team was formed to add an extra layer to their thinking and outputs. Whilst they have always utilised research and insights they saw the need to create a specialist team which is headed up by a true expert in this space. This small team is now looking to grow and bring on a technically strong research specialist at the AD level.
They are looking to add an experienced specialist who has a strong knowledge and understanding of research. Technically speaking you will ideally have a solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative research with qual taking the lead in this role. Being able to design, manage and analyse is the start point. The end point and the crux of this role is that you can look above and beyond the mechanics and use the insights you discover to create the story that will feed into the broader strategic communication piece.
In this role you will get the opportunity to use research drawn from a variety of sources to help their clients set the messaging, reputation strategies and commercial propositions to meet their business goals.
You will work across the entirety of the company’s portfolio of clients; you will therefore offer advice to a range of innovative and disruptive businesses, from fast-growing start-ups to global market leaders. This will give the chance to engage with a variety of audiences, this can include consumers, voters, client employees, politicians, regulators, experts, investors, analysts and the media.
