Our client is enjoying record growth and they are looking to capitalise on this by bringing a new senior quant director into the fold. You will get the chance to play a leading role on projects, with clients and within the team, developing accounts and relationships in a company where your voice will be heard.

The perfect person will have strong client skills and experience of delivering global projects to high profile clients. A breadth of research experience is required and exposure to segmentation and usage & attitude studies would be a real plus.

They seek someone who:

  • Is passionate about clients - delighting existing ones and maintaining and developing new ones. You must be confident and passionate with excellent communication and engaging presentation skills.
  • Has experience or an interest in delivering both attitudinal and occasion based segmentations. You don’t need to do the statistical side; you will work with partners who will run the stats.
  • Has strong story telling abilities, able to deliver strategic insight to clients and stakeholders.
  • Has strong managerial and organisational skills, comfortable getting involved in the projects.
  • Is creative and self-motivated, gives positive energy to the team, ambitious and wants to help shape the future direction of company
  • Is keen to have line management responsibility. Act as a coach/mentor to help develop other junior members of the team
  • Is keen to contribute to new business initiatives such as pitches and thought leadership
