Client Service Consultant - Tech enhanced customer experience research consultancy

Location: Central London
Salary: £40 -£50,000 + Bens
Job type: Permanent
Reference: AM31

Back in the day you would talk to one company and they offered all manner of research into products, price modelling and how happy your customers were. Now with great advances in technology & communication and a developed insights industry we are seeing companies who specialise in particular areas. These switched on companies are winning share and growing. Our client a robustly successful group are harnessing their know how to understand how customers experience a brand and their path to purchase it.

They have invested in the right reporting platform and reporting tools to really connect and stay engaged with meaningful and well incentivised consumer communities that supercharge their output. This gives them an edge and really gives their clients the information they need to make progressive fact based decisions. No wonder they are going from strength to strength and now looking to add another key member of their client servicing team.

The role of the client services manager is multi-faceted so our client needs people who are pragmatic, flexible and keen to develop their skills. What this means is that they are open on where you experience comes from. It’s as much as about having the right attitude as it is about having the right skills.

For this reason you will have worked in a research environment but you could be an account manager, a full service researcher or a project manager. What is essential is that you can instil confidence in your clients and are excited by developing and growing relationships. This role will suit someone who is self- sufficient and keen to delight clients. You will always have colleagues to turn to and discuss any issues with as well as having a wider team of experts that will provide any expertise you require to get the job done. Any experience in VOC, Customer experience/satisfaction would be great but is not essential.

Whilst the company is based in London they are very open and flexible. There will come a time when the office opens but there is little expectation for people to be in full time. They are open to people who live further afield as long as you are willing and able to head into the office once or twice a week when the time comes.

So if you are looking for something that is on trend, has great tech and great people and really want something that is a little bit different then we would love to tell you more.
